About the role
As Bartons' continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Capalaba (previous dealership experience in admin/accounts required). This role requires an office all-rounder who is comfortable in a fast-paced accounts and administration role.
A bit about you:
- You will have previous accounts or administration experience in a dealership
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisation and data entry skills
- Pleasant telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
- High standards of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Previous experience working with Pentana/ ERA systems preferred
- Registration/ QT accreditation preferred
